This starter identity is for Steve and Gerhard's review. It is not a recorded
owner approval or trademark clearance.

LOGOS
gecko-air-logo-[mineral/porcelain/black/apricot].svg: primary horizontal lockups.
gecko-air-symbol-[mineral/porcelain/black/apricot].svg: standalone curled gecko mark.
Matching PNG files have transparent backgrounds. Primary PNGs are 2400px wide;
symbol PNGs are 1024px wide. SVGs use outlined lettering and scale for print.
The eye uses a genuine mask knockout. Use the supplied variants on plain,
contrasting backgrounds and proof complex production methods with the supplier.

Machine-readable palette.json and palette.css are included.
These are RGB/HEX masters. Print conversion and proofs depend on the printer,
ink, paper or signage material; no universal CMYK/Pantone match is claimed.

TYPE
Website: Manrope, with Georgia Italic for occasional headline accents.
Wordmark: supplied outlined artwork derived from Segoe UI Bold/Regular.
Do not reconstruct the logo by typing the name. No Microsoft font files are
distributed. Manrope is licensed under SIL OFL; its licence is included.

USAGE
Keep clear space of at least half the symbol's width around the complete logo.
Suggested minimum: full logo 140px screen / 35mm print; symbol 24px screen.
Proof small-scale print and embroidery with the supplier before production.
Do not stretch, rotate, add shadows or replace the colours.

VOICE
Main line: Make yourself comfortable.
Homepage message: Comfort comes home.
Warm, practical and personal. Talk about real homes and the next useful step.
Do not invent certifications, savings, prices, testimonials or completed work.

IMAGERY
The home interior was created with built-in ImageGen as illustrative imagery.
It is not a Gecko Air installation photograph. Use verified project photographs
for work galleries. See the project docs/ASSETS.md for the generation prompt.

APPLICATIONS
Business-card and social-post layouts in the brand workup are visual examples,
not printer-ready business-card artwork or posts that have been published.

SOURCE
The custom gecko symbol and outlined wordmark are reproducible through the
project scripts/brand-assets.ps1. All deliverables remain local.
